I don’t coach from theory—I coach from the fire I walked through. For years, I was the strong one. The one who made it work. The one who lost herself in holding everyone else together. Divorce didn’t break me—it revealed me. It forced me to confront every pattern I’d built to survive, and it handed me the choice to rise. Not polished. Not perfect. But honest, clear, and mine.

 

Coaching With Michelle was born from that reclamation. This work isn’t about “getting better.” It’s about coming home to yourself—anchored, radiant, and unshakably self-led. I help high-functioning women reset their identity, rebuild their emotional systems, and finally create lives designed for who they truly are. This isn’t healing.
